Account Authorization Login Agreement

You are about to enable the Account Authorization Login feature.

Notice:

Once this feature is enabled, the third-party account you authorize will be able to access and use your account on this platform based on its valid login status. All actions performed through this login method will be deemed as actions taken by you personally, and you will bear full responsibility for any consequences, including but not limited to any legal liabilities arising therefrom.

Before proceeding, please read and fully understand the Account Authorization Login Agreement. If you accept the terms of this agreement, please continue; otherwise, do not enable this feature.

By continuing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this agreement, which is legally binding on both you and this platform.

1. Definitions

1.1 User / You: A registered user of this platform who initiates the account authorization login request and grants account access rights to another user.

1.2 Third-Party Account: A user who accepts the authorization and agrees to use the account permissions in accordance with this agreement.

1.3 Account Authorization Login: A feature that allows a user to submit an authorization request through the platform’s user management panel by entering the email, UID, and other relevant information of the third-party account. Upon acceptance by the third-party account, login to the user’s account can be performed without entering the account password.

2. Authorization and Consent

2.1 The user explicitly authorizes the third-party account to use the user’s account permissions as stipulated in this agreement.

2.2 The third-party account agrees to accept this authorization and undertakes to use the account permissions only in accordance with this agreement and the instructions of the user.

2.3 The third-party account must carefully read and fully understand the entire content of this agreement before accepting authorization and explicitly agree to abide by all its terms.

2.4 The third-party account must ensure that the personal information provided during the authorization process is true, accurate, and complete and must keep it updated and accurate throughout the authorization period.

2.5 The user understands and agrees to the following:

    2.5.1 The authorized third-party account can log in and perform all operations without entering your account credentials. The risks and losses arising from this authorization shall be borne solely by you.

    2.5.2 The platform will access certain information from the third-party account, including its account name and login status, for the purposes outlined in this agreement. Before authorizing, you should inform the third-party account holder about the use of such information and obtain their consent.

    2.5.3 The authorization under this agreement is a one-way binding authorization. You will not gain login access to the third-party account as a result of this authorization.

    2.5.4 The authorization does not grant the third-party account holder any ownership rights over your account. If the third-party account holder makes any claims regarding your account, business transactions, funds, or related rights based on the existence of the authorization, the platform will not support such claims.

    2.5.5 The user has the right to revoke the authorization for the third-party account at any time. Once revoked, the third-party account will immediately lose access to the user’s account and will no longer be able to log in or use it in any manner.

3. Breach of Agreement

3.1 If a user violates the provisions of this agreement, the platform service provider reserves the right to take measures including but not limited to restricting account usage, freezing accounts, and terminating services, and retains the right to pursue legal action.

3.2 If a user’s violation of this agreement causes any loss to the platform or a third party, the breaching user shall bear full liability for compensation, including but not limited to direct and indirect losses and reasonable legal fees.

4. Miscellaneous

4.1 The final interpretation of this agreement rests with the platform, which also reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement as necessary for operational needs. The revised agreement will be published on the platform and will take effect from the date of publication.

4.2 Continued use of the Account Authorization Login feature shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should immediately stop using this feature and revoke the authorization.
